Lucy Neville has been promoted to the role of senior creative producer at Mamamia.  In her new role, Neville will manage the execution of all creative for Mamamia’s consumer-facing events.  Neville was a creative producer at the outlet most recently. Prior to that, she was a host of the podcast The Undone, assistant producer of No Filter with Mia Freedman and executive assistant, office manager and tour producer. Apart from that, she has run her own business alongside partnering Sass records for more than 7 years. She has also helmed management and administration roles at the NSW Department of education previously. Neville begins her new role immediately.  

Chanelle Mansour has departed Are Media to join fitness-tech company Fitilion as communications and social media specialist.  Mansour has moved away from her most recent role as a digital content producer from Are Media where she worked across Now to Love, Australian Women’s Weekly, Who, New Idea (incorporating New Idea Food), TV Week and Woman’s Day.  Prior to that, she worked as a content creator and social media and content executive at Prospector.  She has also worked for Western Sydney University in editorial roles and has attended journalism and production internship across One Mandate Group, SBS, CulturalPulse and Pacific magazines. Mansour commences her new role immediately.   

SCA Mackay market has appointed Nik Stuart as its new general manager. Stuart will lead the SCA Mackay team including Triple M 98.7 Mackay/The Whitsundays and Hit 100.3 Mackay/ The Whitsundays. SCA Executive General Manager Queensland, Ken Wood, said that Stuart brings a wealth of experience to the market.  “We are excited to welcome Nik to the Queensland Leadership Team and the Mackay leadership role,” Wood said. Medium Rare Content Agency has promoted Nick Smith to the role of managing director. Prior to that, Smith was a group content director for the agency and a group CEO at Buro Global.  Smith has previously been an executive board member at Medium Rare Content Agency and a prestige and lifestyle director at News Corp Australia.  He has helmed other editorial roles including editor-in-chief at GQ Australia, associate editor of the alpha magazine, and editor and strategic marketing manager at the Federal Publishing company.  

Journalist Emily Cosenza has joined Channel 7 as a producer for The Morning Show.  Prior to joining the network, she was a reporter at the Adelaide-based newswire of News Corp Australia. Cosenza was also a journalist at AAP. She has also worked for News Corp Australia as a reporter for the Messenger newspaper before becoming an editorial messenger.  Previously, she has held various roles as a radio announcer, news reporter and producer at Fresh92.7. 

News.com.au has expanded its lifestyle team welcoming Jasmine Kazlauskas and Claudia Poposki as lifestyle reporters.  Kazlauskas (pictured) joins the team after working as a news and features editor at Caters News Agency. Laurel Edwards, Gary Clare and Mark Hine are set to wake up Brisbane listeners with their breakfast show Good Times and Great Hits on 4BC 882 after signing off from 4KQ on June 24.  Breakfast host Neil Breen moves to the drive shift with his new show Brisbane Live and Scott Emerson becomes a political contributor across 4BC and Nine Radio’s talk stations.  Content Manager Max Dudley said the new lineup makes the station stronger. “We now have an even stronger local lineup with deeper connections to our audience, through Laurel, Gary and Mark, Ray Hadley in Mornings, Sofie Formica in Afternoons and Neil Breen in Drive,” Dudley said.
