Howcroft re-signs with 3AW
By Staff Writers in Media News on Friday, 05th August 2022 at 4:21pm3AW breakfast host Russel Howcroft has re-signed a multi-year deal with the station to continue as co-host with Ross Stevenson on breakfast for four years.
The duo have topped 16 consecutive surveys and the show has continued to succeed in 161 consecutive surveys since 2002.
3AW station manager, Stephen Beers, said that the station is delighted to have Howcraft coming back for the long term.
“Ross Stevenson and Russel Howcroft have kept Melbourne informed and entertained through Melbourne’s hardest times, and together have set new records for listening that are unlikely to ever be surpassed,” Beers said.
Howcroft said that Melbourne listeners will be joyful to start the day with 3AW breakfast every day.
